Pets Best resolved my claim within days. It was surprising how quickly. My first claim took about a month (it was denied, which I understood), a period I was told to expect. But my 2nd and 3rd claims only took a few days. If I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be to indicate how much of my deductible (counting all my previous claims) had been met or was remaining.

With out my knowledge my wife change our long time home insurance All state insurance with sonnet, she was thinking saving some money, after couple of weeks in sonnet, our house hit by major hail storm after damage we claim, sonnet surprised us, our policy didn't cover hail damage, imagine we are in hail storm capital city of Calgary. I am blaming sonnet, they have great and deep knowledge about hail storm the city where we live, they should explain to my wife, hail should include in the policy, but they fail to do that, now we are helpless. please hail must be included as mandatory like fire and flood, don't separate them for business and confuse clients.

MetLife Pet Insurance has decreased the amount of stress I carry in my day to day life. Knowing I can afford to go to the vet when my dog has any concerns is such a big relief. MetLife customer service is always so kind and I am never stuck on a telephone tree speaking to robots. I always have kind, helpful agents. They are always fast to respond to claims and reimburse me. I never thought I’d get pet health insurance especially with how bad human health insurance has gotten. But I can say hands down MetLife Pet insurance it is worth every penny.

I took both my cats in for their annual welliness and immunizations. When I got home I uploaded the itemized bills for each cat and within an hour received an email that Pumpkin was on it. Within six hours I received a breakdown of what was covered. Everything but the rabbies shots. I was thrilled. Brought a $300+ bill down to $80 bucks! On a fixed retirement income, it's a wonderful thing!!

Filing this claim was so easy! We have so much going on with our son being sick that it was such a load off our shoulders that our dog was taken care of so quickly and effortlessly.

Won't change my monthly payment date
I havent used my account for much, yet. I have been reimbursed for some routine care for my eldest cat and dog, and the claims went through pretty quickly last year. Recently I was disappointed to find that they will not let me change my payment date. They will allow it once in a year, but they will not work with me to permanently change the date to later in the month. I find this hard to belive since most other companies would do so. Do I need to cancle my policy just to change a payment date?
