In the midst of dealing with a sick and very cherished pet, spot pet insurance was the easiest part of the situation. Filing a claim was easy and in 10 days had my reimbursement in my account. No phone calls, emails and fighting back and forth like I had with former pet insurance company. I am so grateful for how easy this was and how quickly the turn around time was.

Embrace not paying claims. Their portal has been down since May…
Their portal has been down since May and you can't make a claim. I spoke to customer service and emailed them my claims with documentstion at tchandler@ embracepetinsurancecom which they confirmed they received. Since then they've emailed me rejecting my claims because of no supposed documentation. I have 5 claims they haven't paid at this time.

Quick turnaround on payouts. What was not good was you advertising Vetster for Micro after he passed away. We are heartbroken and that was hard to see. The insensitivity was noted.

Filing a claim was easy
Filing a claim was easy, being able to check status was easy, we received a decision in about two weeks and a refund check about a week later. This was our first time filing for an expensive service and it brings piece of mind knowing Pumpkin paid, just as outlined in our policy.

Kametria was simply outstanding! I had submitted a claim literally 9 times and the company continued to turn it down because it was processed incorrectly. Kametria went above and beyond and figured out why this was happening and assisted me in resubmitting it correctly to get it properly placed into the system. After my dog's surgery, we didn't have to pay the full amount up front and wait to be refunded. Trupanion got immediately involved when we checked out of the emergency vet, calculated how much they would pay (a very significant amount) and we left the vet having paid a fraction of what we would have paid.
