I took both my cats in for their annual welliness and immunizations. When I got home I uploaded the itemized bills for each cat and within an hour received an email that Pumpkin was on it. Within six hours I received a breakdown of what was covered. Everything but the rabbies shots. I was thrilled. Brought a $300+ bill down to $80 bucks! On a fixed retirement income, it's a wonderful thing!!

I cannot say enough about Pets Best…
I cannot say enough about Pets Best insurance. I filed a claim on a Wednesday and 2 days later I received the Explanation of Benefits showing they are paying all but $200 of my dog’s surgery costs. It is well worth the cost when your pet needs surgery. I used the Care Credit card to pay the vet and Pets Best is putting the money back on the card.

Pet’s Best is terrible… save your $ and spend elsewhere
Pet’s Best is terrible… the only reason I stay with them is because I’m 5 years in, and prob if switch now it’ll cost me more somewhere else. you literally get reimbursed for nothing on yearly checkups/vaccinations… spent $400+ on the visit, and got $40 back! I’m starting to question why I’m spending almost $80/month for literally nothing in return. Avoid at all cost..
