I just cannot believe it. They hardly pay nothing.
I just cannot believe it. The amount they paid on my claim. I can see paying the deductible but the extra 10% what for. Iam already paying a monthly fee. Then the deductible is for just that problem it should be for the whole year. I really believe I made a mistake by signing up because I end up paying for 95% percent of the bill. I feel as though the insurance is not has good has people think. I am seriously thinking about canceling. At this point iam paying you a 143 dollars a month for you only to pay 93 dollars on a bill of 949.

I am unfortunately unhappy with your customer services. I first was given a month free from the breeder I purchased cat from… called to activate, pushed me into purchasing a plan… the next day when I looked into other policies, I decided this wasn’t worth it to me, tried cancelling. When I checked my credit card, I was charged the monthly fee along with enrollment fee - THAT NO ONE told me about. I called yesterday to speak to someone who said she would help and reverse fees and email me back! And I have gotten ZERO response! Not happy

Would Recommend
Its been a wonderful experience with Metlife pet insurance. Takes a bit longer than other insurance companies for claims to be reviewed, but its the most affordable and I was always happy with the results and reimbursements.

Paying $500 a month for a Weimaraner
Paying $500 a month for a Weimaraner, you have had coverage for since she was 4 months old. Price keeps going up and what is covered keeps going down. Have never gone over premium but you would think a company would be loyal to its most loyal customers. When we asked about coverage for a new dog (Vizsla) they said it would be $200 per month. So $625 for 2 dogs per month. Yeah right. Shop around

Not helpful with Rescue Adoptees
I was recommended to Pets Best and have had nothing but issues, primarily because he was a rescue foster to adoption. They want 12 month worth of records that just do not exist, provided adoption papers, vet sent records and they just deny stating they need the records, just away to not pay and collect your payments. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYINE WITH A RESCUE DOG.

Claims process is really easy and quick. However, my premiums have gone from $69 to $95 in only 2 years (my pup is 2yrs old and very healthy. We have an 80/20 plan. My phone doesn't support the app, so...doing changes in coverage onlineto lower the premiums is basically not an.option. Other than the rate increase, I've been very happy with the claims process.

Richard was super helpful and stuck with me thru the ordeal of being dropped by you all and having to reapply. My wife passed away almost two years ago and I didn’t realize that annual plans did autopay, and so you dropped my dogs. Not going to lie - that policy sucks. But Richard has been super helpful to get my dogs covered again. TLDR: bad policies made better by good people. Don’t lose people like Richard
