MetLife Pet Insurance is the GOAT!
MetLife Pet Insurance has been a life saver for me and my pets. When my dog tore both of her CCLs, an almost $10K surgery, I didn’t have to choose between my family’s financial stability and my dog’s quality of life because MetLife was there to cover it. Their customer service is amazing, the claims process is simple, and I am so thankful for this company. Everything is clearly explained so I know what is covered and what is not. The peace of mind, reliable coverage, and ease of use that MetLife provides means that I will never choose another provider and I will keep telling anyone who will listen the importance of having pet insurance through MetLife. Also, the app is really convenient!

Had coverage on my 4 dogs for 7 years
Had coverage on my 4 dogs for 7 years, it's been great aside from the doubling of premiums each year for the past 2 years. Prior to that there were no premium increases. Claim submission and reimbursement is quick and easy. Even with increased premiums, it's saved me thousands over the last 2-3 years.

I switched from another insurance to metlife and am able to get the same coverage for less for my senior dog. When my previous insurance doubled my rate, I was anxious and unable to sleep thinking of what could happen since my girl is now in the double digits. When I discovered metlife and was able to get her covered, it was a weight off my chest and let's me breathe easier knowing she can get the best care still without price being a factor. I recommend this to everyone I meet!

The worst
The worst. Pets Best policy goes up multiple times per year, and each time it's a 20% increase, all while filing no claims or having NO reimbursements. But when filing a claim for a sickness it gets denied or they cover nothing. There are no customer loyalty benefits, like discounts for being a customer for multiple years. I'm sure when I really NEED this insurance they won't be there for us. I'll be shopping for other insurance from a place that actually cares, and that actually pays back when our dogs fall ill with stomach issues.
