Such a good company
Such a good company. I get reimbursed in almost 24 hours or less and at a 90% reimbursement rate. They have always been reliable. Only negative thing I would say is the rates are consistently increasing.

Worst Pet Insurance - Covers NOTHING
Healthy Paws insurance does not cover ANYTHING unless it is an accident. Yearly checkups - nope. Vaccines - Nope. Ear Infections - Nope. My dog's non-emergent surgery - NOPE. They've never paid one dime to me in 10 years, but want to increase rates again and this time, I say NOPE!

Never Too Late to Get Pet Insurance
I've had pets my entire life and never had pet insurance. And it cost me. I finally decided it was time with my new adoptees. I did my research thoroughly and chose Pumpkin, and I'm glad I did. They are accessible, friendly, quick to process claims and quick to reimburse, no fanfare, no making you jump through hoops. I couldn't be more pleased.

Good Insurance Quote, But Be Prepared for Price Changes
I had a mixed experience purchasing my auto insurance. The customer service representative was polite and helpful throughout the process, and the coverage options were competitive. However, the pricing process was confusing. My initial online quote was over $500/month. After speaking with customer service and reviewing my information, the premium dropped to about $350/month. After I made some coverage changes, it increased to $382/month, which I felt was reasonable. The surprise came when I agreed to proceed with the purchase. During the final verification, the representative discovered a speeding ticket from 2023 that I had forgotten to mention. As a result, the premium increased to $447/month, an increase of $65 per month. I understand that accurate driving history affects insurance pricing, and I appreciate that the final premium reflected the correct information. My feedback is that it would be helpful if insurers could verify driving records earlier in the quoting process so customers have a more accurate expectation before making a purchasing decision. Overall, the coverage is good and the customer service was professional, but I would encourage anyone getting a quote to have their driving history handy and expect the final premium to change if additional information is discovered during the underwriting process.
