I can't say enough nice things about how this company runs it's business. I have had other companies that fought me the entire way to process a claim and the ASPCA gets my claims, processes them, and sends me a notice that is has been received, is processing and/or finished. They NEVER have raised my rates except for the age of the dog each year (which makes sense) - the older usually means more problems. I've even gotten phone calls to say how sorry they were when one of my "fur babies" has passed away. I have recommended them to all of my friends.

So happy and grateful to have this Insurance for our pooch. They are prompt and very helpful. The deductible is a low $250.00 and then they pay 90 % of the bill. They are wonderful

Our girl recently picked up an ear and skin infection while being boarded and by the time they took her to their vet, and then we took her to our vet (because she wasn't eating either and very depressed) and got a different diagnosis and medicine, we had a healthy vet bill. She had just had her yearly physical and so we got a healthy portion of our vet bill back because our yearly deductible had been met. She's fine now and they have no idea how she even got it but Nationwide is great. We had a different company when she was younger and she was never ill, the cost was the same and we never got any money back from her yearly wellness visits. My daughter's vet recommended Nationwide when they got their dog and it was so much better, we switched and have not regretted it.

Nationwide has been exceptional in processing and responding to claim submissions.
Nationwide offers a simple process for online submissions of vet claims. I am pleased with the response times and for the reimbursement rates. I did not have such insurance with my previous pets and this has saved us significant costs in maintaining our pet's health.

I am very pleased so far with the insurance. It takes a long time to get re-eimbursed, but if one knows it, it's ok. The insurance is more expensive, but it's a good coverage.

Embrace is Fantastic
I adopted a 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog and was advised by many, many people to get pet insurance for her.
