They pay for what they say they will pay for no problems, just the claims take too long.
The insurance is great for emergencies, annual check ups, medicine, and they pay for what they say they will pay for. Usually have no issues with that. The claims do take too long to process. Also this is the second year for one of our pets and the monthly payment went up a lot more then expected, as long as next year is normal we will keep the insurance.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST INSURANCE EVER!!!
I would be in the "dog house" without this insurance! Our 2 rescue dogs are covered and it has saved us several thousand dollars!! Don't hesitate to buy this pet insurance- Trupanion will always be there for you and your 4 legged loved ones!!
