Horrifying insurance, STAY AWAY
Absolutely terrible. Have had petsecure for over a year now, was promised coverage and got $50 from a $300+ doctors visit for my cat. They will do everything possible to not cover your claims. They say that they cover regular check ups but THEY DO NOT. Ended up cancelling my insurance for both of my cats and got called 2 months later saying i owe them the money that i haven’t paid in those 2 months because i did not write them an email saying i would like to cancel, even though i had called and talked to a CSR & she did not advise me that i would need to make such an email. Ended up arguing with this “supervisor” and had her threaten that it will be sent to collections because i am not paying. Incredibly rude and they do not care about anything except the money they are after. Wish i could give a 0 rating. Absolutely disgusted with Petsecure and would not recommend to anyone. Waste of time & money.

Good
I don't have to much to say at this time other than you have good to me some times I think you're just a little bit high but when my beautiful dog needs medical attention you're there so then I don't care if the premium is high. Thanks

Happy with Nationwide Pet insurance
I was looking at insurance for my 2 year Bernese Mountain Dog. I am quite happy I got him an insurance. Philadelphia is fairly expensive when compared to Fremont, CA where he moved. This really gives me peace of mind. The claim process is fairly simple to file with the vitusVet app. Claims takes 30 days but no hassle. I have called them few times and hardly much wait time. The representatives are fairly kind and pleasant. I did compare with trupanion, Healthypaws and embrace and Nationwide was lower but harder to compare apples-apples. I guess they are all good and nationwide insurance was offered via my wifes employer and we choose that instead. They honestly followup with email, online access is fairly neat and simple. I am quite happy with their service. I know 2 other pet owners with Nationwide and were happy as well.

Embrace Pet Insurance is fantastic!
We've been using Embrace for almost three years since we brought our puppy home. The insurance has great coverage at an affordable price, and the claims process is outstanding--coverage is as advertised, processing is quick, customer service friendly when you call them. We also take advantage of the wellness program, which is essentially like a monthly savings plan for non-covered items, whatever they may be. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

Couldn't be easier!
I switched from another pet insurance that I kept paying for but never got a penny from. Nationwide has been so much better. It's worth every penny.

Great insurance
I am so glad to have this insurance. It is great insurance. It sure helps out when your pet gets sick or even just their yearly checkup. Thanks Nationwide.

A must
May be costly at times but worth it! Unfortunately have needed quite a few unplanned vet visits for my fur baby and was covered thanks to my insurance policy.

Straight forward claim process — payout amounts are varied
All in all an okay company. Customer service was positively responsive and my claims were processed on an average of 10 business days. Payouts for treatments covered varied though and was left paying a hefty portion out of pocket for some emergency treatments. A trip to the emergency vet last month cost $2200 and we received half of that back. Not sure if this is standard but deafly was a hit
