Happy Maltipoo Mom!!!
My maltipoo has been insured, with Trupanion, since 2014; we have never had a claim, until her diagnosis, last year, of allergic dermatitis, necessitating daily use of Apoquel. Trupanion has stepped up and followed through, as they said they would, in reimbursing 90% of the cost, following my initial $200 deductible. The online claim submission and direct debit reimbursement, is easy and very expeditious. Trupanion customer service is always friendly and helpful, as well. Very much appreciated...thanks, Trupanion!!!

Not only was the online claim submission process easy and comprehensive, we were so appreciative of how promptly our payment was delivered.
