The Lemonade app is extremely user-friendly and even charming. No long waits or call-centers. The refund policy is fair. Never had to haggle for a reimbursement that was promised. The rates are reasonable. I also like that Lemonade believes in supporting non-for profits.

Easy and conveient
Signed up for pup insurance because I found out quickly how expensive an emergency can be with my other doggo :( Filed first claim for regular check up and it was a breeze! Filed in under 5 minutes from my phone, money was transferred to me the next day. So far so good, fingers crossed I do not need to use it for emergencies but I feel better knowing I have it in case.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the Best
Healthy Paws has taken phenomenal care for two of my golden retrievers. Recently my four year old golden tangled with a porcupine which lead to quills puncturing her lungs. The surgery was extensive and I would have struggled to afford it without Healthy Paws. Payment was prompt, email notifications were prompt, and most important when I had a question the person I worked with was kind, thorough, and got the job done immediately.
