Great response time ~ especially with emails, and working with the MetLife representatives has been a positive experience. They are knowledgeable, professional and always helpful answering any questions or concerns. All claim reviews and subsequent payments, if applicable, are done in a timely manner.

Reliable pet Insurance
My 7 year old rescue has of late had 2 serious issues that necessitated surgery. I opted to receive 80% reimbursement when I contracted with Pets Best. They reimbursed the correct amount to my bank in a fair amount of time. Over the years, other insurers have drawn out the process or just didn’t do as they promised. I am very pleased with Pets Best Insurance
