Extremely quick response to claims submitted!
I recently submitted multiple claims for emergency care and a week long hospital stay for my pup for pancreatitis. Our out of pocket expenses were incredibly high. The entire process from uploading my receipts, to communication from Trupanion regarding the status of our claims, and finally the payment was quick and easy. Warm and Responsive Customer Service
Having Trupanion provides me with peace of mind knowing that I will be able to provide whatever medical care my dog needs. I found the on-line claims process to be surprisingly simple, and my claims were processed very quickly without any further participation from me. On the occasions that I needed to phone customer service, I experienced little to no wait time on hold. The best thing is the customer service representatives. They were warm and helpful and always knew how to resolve whatever issue I was calling about. I felt like my dog and my issues mattered to them.

Great company, fast reimbursement
I have been with Healthy Paws since 2011. After careful research I chose them because they had great reviews. We now have two dogs that sometimes need treatment for one thing or the other. They are always available to answer all of your questions, their website is easy to navigate and their reimbursement checks come a few days after you file a claim. Reimbursement and category of illness confusing
You advertise 80% reimbursement on claims, but I have been normally receiving about a 33% reimbursement, Also, my dog has had a couple of ear infections, and you didn't pay anything on the claims, stating that an ear infection is a skin condition. I can't imagine why that would be a skin condition, and my Vet agrees that an ear infection should not fall in that category. In fact, on the bottom of this form, you list ear problem and skin condition as separate illnesses? I seriously considered switching to another insurance provider, but decided to give your company another chance.

The Best pet insurance
My chihuahua puppy broke her metatarsal bones, fancy word for toes. I submitted the claim using the app. Easy and hassle free. Everything was done an about a week. From the proscessing the claim to reimbursement. They still continue to cover every bad age change every week. Even after my surgery reimbursement of $2500. And what really put the icing on the cake. I had a team member reach out to me personally and ask how my puppy was doing and how the surgery went.

Quick, no-fuss reimbursement of wellness claim
I enrolled my puppy not just in the insurance, but also in the BestWellness program. I submitted the claim for her Flea/Tick & Heartworm prevention medicine on Oct 3, on Oct 4 I got the EOB and notice that my claim had been processed. No fuss. I am pleased with the coverage Pets Best offers, and the wellness program is great for my young dog. Couldn't be happier with my decision!

Incredibly caring
Everyone was incredibly caring when we spoke on the phone, and was very quick and responsive to getting us the preapprovals for treatment. Once we had invoices for the emergency care, we submitted and they were quickly approved and paid, and even payment was received quickly. Everything was so easy to address and I couldn't have asked for anything better!
