Kirby injured his eye and after many attempts to save it the eye had to be removed. Embrace, in cooperation with the vet and hospital, paid them directly. Our out of pocket expense was the deductible only. Embrace staff was wonderful to deal with.

they really do care about your pets
trupanion really is one if not the best pet insurance companies out there. I really do think they my puppy broke his pay last year and without trupanion it would of cost $8000 but thanks to them i paid 2000$ and every time I call them the first thing they do is ask about rocky

I called Tracy
I called Tracy due to recent bad press on true panion not covering a dogs health bills and saying it was a preexisting condition even though the vets said to the contrary. So I called to find out if this is happening a lot. She recommended we do a footprint of our dog. I like this option and it makes your service more transparent. But I am still sceptical when it comes to insurance companies. They are usually ‘the bad guys’ and I’ve heard more negative stories than positive.
