Embrace has the most affordable comprehensive coverage. I really had a peace of mind when my golden retriever got injured. I'm absolutely grateful that I didn't have to pick and choose what kind of care he received due to the high health care cost. VPI Outstanding insurance to have!!!!. VPI care a great deal about your pet from the time they receive your claim, to the reimbursement they give back, and then contacting the owners to make sure your pet is ok. They also send payment in a timely manner. I could not ask for a better insurance.

Process was smooth and worked without a hitch
My dog was in need of major dental work. After an initial visit with the canine dentist, I called ASPCA insurance to find out what would be covered. The person I talked to was very clear about what the insurance coverage was and how the process worked. After the surgery, I submitted my paperwork and within a short time, I received a check for coverage of the agreed upon services. Overall, it was a seamless process. Thank you.

Claim process and reimbursement took over a month
Customer service was always friendly; however, my veterinarian submitted the requested documents over 3x per their request and still took over a month to be reimbursed. The wellness coverage is a joke! Save your money!
