Excellent, friendly and were able to give me a answer.
My little girl had a ear infection the end on October. I contacted Trupanion the first weekend in December on status of claim. Trupanion was waiting on vet to provide additional information, which they were slow in providing. I made the suggestion they should have contacted me and I could have gone by the vets office to ask for them to provide. The vet who provided my little girls treatment provided the information requested. Maybe their form should request "all the required / needed data" so claims could be processed more quickly. I am living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, not sure if you will see as Canada is not listed later in form.

HEALTHY PAWS IS AMAZING
Healthy Paws is easily one of the best decisions we have ever made regarding our pup. Not only have they saved us literally thousands of dollars in hospital and vet bills for our dog, they also have incredible customer service and a super user friendly app where you can easily submit insurance claims. Great to deal with but slow on claims payments.
Have always received good customer service but the claims times have become longer lately , so not sure what is going on. Still paying as promised, just taking longer than it ever did in the past.

Simply put, we would not be able to afford the surgery our dog needs without our Trupanion policy. I am SO GLAD I bought the coverage; it has been worth every penny. And now that I actually have a claim, Trupanion representatives have been PHENOMENAL. Pleasant, professional, patient, prompt, extremely helpful, and genuinely concerned about my dog's wellbeing. Trupanion always handles any claim quickly and efficiently. Everyone you speak to is always friendly and caring.
Any time i have had to submit a claim or have a question they are always very helpful. Everyone there is kind and takes time to make you feel like they do actually care about what your are going thru. I wish human insurance companies would be as helpful and caring.
