Excellent, articulate, knowledgable staff
This is my first year in the plan and I've never had any pet insurance in the past. So far, I have found this company excellent in terms of ease of claims, overall coverage options, and knowledge and friendliness of customer service staff.

Nationwide pet insurance is a literal life saver!
Our cat Lupin has had a Nationwide insurance plan since he was a kitten. Nationwide pet insurance has always been great to work with, but they have been a godsend since Lupin was diagnosed with feline fluid cystitis earlier this year. Not only have we saved hundreds of dollars on Lupin's veterinary care, but we have never once had issues submitting claims or getting reimbursed. So very thankful to be with an insurance company that values our pet's well-being as much as we do.

I can count on Healthy Paws Insurance! No matter what happens to Tedi!
Our 3yo yellow Lab is now recovering well after enduring a major emergency surgery ($5400+) to remove obstacles (racquetball pieces) from her stomach and small intestine. Tedi finally got her E-collar off after 2 weeks - and she was celebrating!! - to say the least. It was a long hard road - as she often kept me up at night crying for the first week and then rustling around making noise with her e-collar for the last week. We are very happy to be at this point and trust she will make a full recovery. We are so thankful for Healthy Paws! Without insurance her life would have been over. Healthy Paws covered the full 80% of the surgery and had it deposited into our account within a few business days after I paid the surgery bill. Thanks so much Healthy Paws for being a great pet insurance provider!

Most wonderful company
I have had Trupanion for 10 years. It is the most wonderful company. I tell everyone, including people at the vets I go to please sign up. Trupanion does not cancel me. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. my cat, Baby, has cancer and Trupanionhas helped me fight it. Every on the phone is always caring and compassionate.
