The representatives are courteous and knowledgeable and the claims have been paid in a timely manner.
I'm glad to have chosen ASPCA Pet Insurance, since the service has been very good to date. I find that the customer service representatives are always pleasant and informative and there isn't a long wait time on the phone. I've also received claim reimbursements promptly, which helps a lot with my current vet bills.

Nationwide has improved greatly over the past 2 years and communicates with clients more quickly than V.P.I.

Great Experience
My dog has large cell lymphoma and has been undergoing treatment for the last year. All through out his treatment we have been submitting claims and consistently we have had no problems. Thank you again for giving me some extra time to spend with my best friend.

Quick & Efficient Service
As always, the timing between when a claim is submitted and when the claim has been reviewed and processed is very quick. I am always surprised at just how efficient the whole process is. This is definitely appreciated for those times when the claim is high
