Explained Everything Very Clearly
I wasn't sure about my coverage, and Trupanion got back to let me know they received my request. Then they let me know they were looking into it, and finally, Trupanion replied in a timely manner and explained everything very clearly.

My dog, Bailey recently had an issue that required 3 vet visits, meds, and a couple of tests. I filed a claim on her insurance with Trupanion and I was very pleased with the quick response and the covered items! Veterinarians are very expensive and since I want the very best care for my pet, I am thankful to have you as my backup!!
