The Claims process was quick and easy. The Vet emailed copies of the bill(s) and we had a resolution within 7-10 days. We had our reimbursement check within a week after that! Thank you, Kevin and Pati Blake

Great coverage and support
Wonderful service. Reasonable rates with great coverage. The site is easy to navigate to use, especially in terms of filings claims, and the team is quick to help! The Healthy Paws team have even sent us personal notes to check in anytime our puppy has had any medical issues arise. They really care! We are so happy we chose Healthy Paws for our sweet pup!

MY experience was great
MY experience was great. Just joined Spot Pet Insurance this year. Had another pet Insurance for years but they out priced themselves. I was really surprised how fast my claim was processed and how easy it was to receive re-reimbursement through direct deposit.

Be careful, big names you know may have comparable pricing but from the Vet/consumer standpoint, not the easiest to deal with!
Fantastic and easy process. Spoke with many Vets and be carful, while you may find some recognizable names in Pet Insurance at comparable pricing they are not always recognized as the easiest to deal with. Spot got 5 stars from everyone I spoke with.
