Love the coverage
Love the coverage, and the reimbursement process which makes filing a claim and getting refunds super easy and quick. Love the website. But why do you need two months of premiums up front ? None of my other insurance policies require this.

They worked with my vet specialist to credit what they would pay so that we only had to pay the difference. Also, I didn’t realize that they would cover some drugs and they were willing to tell me how long I had to obtain past invoices to get a reimbursement.
