Trupanion has handled insurance for our dog for almost 6 years, since she was 2 months old. Their website is user friendly. You can upload a claim and you get a quick response that it has been received and reviewed. The claims are handled promptly and direct deposited into my checking account. Great coverage and a wonderful staff
We really appreciate the good folks at Trupanion. Their customer service is tops, and there staff are always so helpful. We had our dog Rusty insured with them since 2013. Rusty developed a serious medical condition and at 15-1/2 he passed away. There were some expensive medical bills left as a result of his illness. Trupanion paid all the claims that were covered under the policy, without putting us through any unnecessary stress. We highly recommend Trupanion and will use them again.
