Yoo-hoo, where are you customer service?
One of my dogs recently had a severe ear infection so I took her to VEG (emergency) and my claim was denied. Why? We surpassed our $1000 deductible for her. Tried to get someone on the phone and was on hold for an hour, no one picked up. Same for the online chat. We also have 2 other pets on this insurance (had 4 but one of our dogs passed away last month) so we're paying a nice chunk of money each month. Our renewal is in September. Do better Pets Best.

My dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor that required a board certified surgeon to remove. I work at my dogs regular vet. When the trupanion rep called I spoke to her directly. She was very helpful and understanding. Answered all of my questions and made me feel better about the situation.
