This is why you but pet insurance!
I absolutely can't think of a way they could have done it better. From an easily uploaded photo of my vet bill, to easy online form completion, to quick response and EOB issued, and fast direct deposit to my bank - I don't know how they could have done it better. No wiggling out of claim - they paid, paid efficiently, and paid quickly. I'm so grateful that I had our rescue dog insured all these years!

They were able to answer all of my wife's and my questions (and we had a ton of them) quickly and accurately. They all had a sense of humor which also helps.
