Quick claim review and reimbursement
Claim turn around time was very quick. However, someone at Trupanion said they needed an itemized bill, but my vet had already sent it. After I complained to my vet, they said they had previously faxed it all. So, someone on Trupanions side obviously missed it. It all worked out ok and we were reimbursed for her claim, but it was aggravating for me and took up my time emailing my vet about the situation. Also, my vet wasn't too happy that I accused them of not sending all the information. People need to slow down at work and make sure they are doing their jobs correctly.
