Because it was an extremely scary and upsetting to have a sick furbaby. Vanessa was so easy to work with and also spoke with the vets office as well, that was wonderful because we where all aware of what was going on together. I did not know that my Vet Stokesdale Vet is in the Trupanion group. It just made a very scary and stressful time easier, we could focus all our care on Winnie, without worrying about insurance. If I could give you a rating high then 10, I would!
