You are Lifesavers!
With a week before the holidays my dog became sick and I rushed him to vet. Luckily I had just received a Christmas bonus at work and used it all for my dog which I was glad to use and would do it again, but it left me pretty strapped for funds. I was able to easily submit my claim online and was kept informed about the proceedings. I was literally in tears receiving the email in just a few days that Trupanion was covering the majority of my bill. Thank you - your company is the best. I always recommend you to friends who get new pups.

I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Trupanion! I’m disabled and would not possibly be able to afford his end of life veterinarian bills and/or medicine. You are making this transitioning time so much easier. I owe Mile dept of gratitude, for I was bedbound when I got him. He got me walking again! Because of Trupanion, I can make his transition a bit more comfortable. I don’t have to worry as to wether I can afford to get him the care that is needed at this time. I can focus my energy on making him comfortable, and loving on him during this transition time. My veterinarian takes Trupanion up front. My wish is that BluePearl would do the same thing. Thank you so very much, for making these trying times a bit easier!

Agent (Kat) was really helpful and clarified my concerns. My fur baby had a major leg surgery and his surgery cost was more than $7k. Considering end of the year and holidays, it was an unexpected financial stress. Trupanion happily pitched in and claim was approved within a day. It was pleasantly surprising and I was delighted on my decision to setup an insurancy policy for my baby with Trupanion.

I did have the claim declined initially as apparently the person who went over it made an error and as well it wasn't linked to a previous claim for the same issue.
I did have the claim declined initially as apparently the person who went over it made an error and, as well, it wasn't linked to a previous claim for the same issue. However the person I spoke to about it was very nice and very helpful, my vet had to call and everything was cleared up and covered. Which was a smoother process than I thought it would be. My only disappointment is that it doesn't cover office visits at all which is usually a big chunk of the bill (in this case $200) but I certainly was happy to have the coverage when I needed it.
