This particular claim has been a mixup.
This particular claim has been a mixup. The expediency of everything was fine but the statement that was sent me was in error and I felt that I had overpaid and was due a refund, but then found out that there was no mistake so I wasn¡¦t due any refund. I called Trupanion to get the statement revised to reflect the correct charges and was told that I could not get this after the fact but they (Carissa) would check on it and get back to me but I still haven¡¦t heard anything from Trupanion. Trupanion is a group of extremely strong customer service people.
Trupanion is a group of extremely strong customer service people. I am always amazed at how quickly I get reimbursed, directly into my bank account. Sometimes it literally takes longer for the Pharmacy to fill the order than it takes Trupanion to pay for it.
