Everything was ok overall. My puppy is a Morkie mix and I wanted to clarify if I should choose Morkie as breed or small dog less than 20 pounds. I called Tripanion to confirm and the person that answered seemed bothered by the question. It might have been a silly question but it is my first puppy and I didn’t want to pick something wrong.

I believe Trupanion is a professional corp. I’ve been a client less than a year and they have demonstrated that through both their coverage and superior client service. Trupanion appears to be in the insurance industry, not simply the pet industry. As such, I view them not just as insurance for my pup, but also as important financial protection.
