Terrible claim service
I paid my monthly fee electronically through bank withdrawal. I submitted my first claim electronically, a photo accompanied by the proper docs. A while later a response came - they my photo was to blurry. Wasn't blurry on my end. Then they needed a paid receipt. The second paper showed the bill was zero balance. Then they wanted a bank receipt. I threatened with my lawyer, fraud and BBB, cancel my Pet insurance and return my premiums as this was timely and now months of frustration. They cancel and tell me to submit. I sent them the paperwork through snail mail. They declined one item. I understood but the entire claim. Again I contested. another letter and I am still waiting. this has been going on for months and absoring hours of my time. I do not recommed this Pet insurance company. Others are more reliable.

I had a good experience with Bethany and AJ Percal for my Claim. The first claim took longer than I had expected but they showed great patience and profession in explaining the process to me.

Kind and informative
Bethany was kind, informative and very helpful. She took the time to thoroughly and clearly answer my questions while even kindly checking in on my cats wellbeing. It was super disappointing not having the ultrasound covered. The information/care provided when I expressed this allowed for this disappointment to also show satisfaction with the company.

Best Pet Insurance around!
Submitting an invoice is incredibly easy and I have gotten money back from you all for big and small things. It's been a fantastic process! Especially since I have dealt with Embrace and was not granted anything for my former dog.
