Flabbergasted and AMAZED!
I enrolled our English golden cream retriever at the get- go of 8 weeks old. I remember my husband scoffing and telling me that it was ridiculous. I am here to tell you that THE best money you can spend is on your furry friend with Trupanion. Our baby tore her ACL and Trupanion did not hesitate to pick up the cost. It was approved before the Orthopedic vet Clinic even had the chance to tell us. Talk about a blessing on a day that was already filled with anxiety and the fact I did not have to mail in my invoice and wait for approval. Trupanion worked directly with the Vet Clinic of our choice. So not only do I highly recommend getting pet insurance through Trupanion, I HIGHLY advise ALL reputable vet clinics to have a relationship with Trupanion. Feeling extremely grateful for the team that supported our beautiful dog, Bluebell.

Vanessa was extremely helpful.
Vanessa was extremely helpful. I almost made the mistake of cancelling my policy for another provider, however, Vanessa was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She explained things about my current policy that other providers don't take the time to do, which in turn allowed me to make a sound decision to stick with Trupanion.
