Could not be happier and recommend this pet insurance company. We have 3 kitties on the plan. So far, filing a claim and reimbursement process has been smooth sailing and communication / customer service is seamless. I filed my claims in May 28, 2025 and received my first payment 6/23/2025. I understand the company had to get in touch with the vet about the claim, therefore; I understand the length of time. It was easy to file the claim. The website was easy to use. Thank you Pet Best for contacting me to inform me about the wait time on my claim and for informing me about the payment. Why I love MetLife
Claims are extremely easy to submit. Your claim is reviewed in a timely manner and reimbursed directly to your bank account. Any questions I have had have been answered completely and to my satisfaction. Support personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. My only complaint is MetLife doesn’t offer horse insurance! MetLife has made my life and Finian’s so much easier. They offer a wide variety of plans at an affordable rate.

Great Insurance and Customer Service
So impressed with Fetch Insurance, The coverage was great, premiums were good, claims processing was quick and customer service was tops. Would recommend to anyone, especially to first time pet owners like we were. Unfortunately, our sweet puppy had a major heart defect which ended his life at 7 months and the costs for his care were quite high. The coverage and customer service during this difficult time were tremendous.

Hartville Really Helped!
We have multiple cats and each have coverage through Hartville. When our sweet Millie had an emergency vet visit due to complications with her FeLV diagnosis, Hartville swiftly processed the claim and provided the reimbursement we needed. I’ve had other pet insurance before and Hartville is the only company to truly care and cover what is needed. Thank you Hartville!
Pets Best is Incredible Insurance
Our wonderful 6 year old dog was diagnosed with diabetes in May 2025. He went into diabetic ketoacidosis and had pancreatitis which put him in ICU for a week. We love him so much and felt he deserved a chance. We appreciate the amazing coverage he has through Pets Best. Filing claims has been easy and we are grateful for the care he is receiving and can afford thanks to Pets Best. Hunter's Vets at Desert Hills have been wonderful! They are so supportive and really want the best care for him.
Not happy with Wellness Plan
I am not happy with the coverage of the Wellness plan. I have had Pets Best Insurance for the fifth year now. The insurance cost have been going up every year which I understand but the wellness plan's benefit coverage had stayed same at $305 since 2021. Due to inflation, the costs of annual check, flea/tick prevention, vaccines, blood exam, etc. have all gone up. I called customer service a few times asking for corporate to review this but had not seen any wellness benefit coverage improvement. Please review and adjust the coverage. Thank you.
