Very satisfied with Healthy Paws
We have been very satisfied with our decision to use Healthy Paws as our pet insurance. We have never had Pet insurance before. I did a lot of research prior to making the decision. Their process is very simple and I like submitting my own claims instead of relying on the vet staff to do. I just take a photo with my phone and submit. it's SUPER easy and I'm not that technical. Also our Chloe ended up with some bizarre health situations so we are particularly happy we had insurance. Healthy paws even followed up to see how she was after Surgery. I would ALWAYS go with healthy paws vs any other insurance in the future.

Generally Embrace is worthwhile; decent coverage; my claim form was noted as received then misplaced by them once; their fax # for sending claims was busy all day yesterday...I will continue using them while noting the + and - as we move along.....there are other companies out there.....

Better than people insurance
After many health issues with our beagle, my wife and I came to the realization that it is much easier to submit and manage claims with Nationwide pet insurance than with our insurance for us. Terms and coverage are straightforward, and the peace of mind we have if anything goes wrong can't be replaced.

Our dog Gorbachev hit by a car
Our dog got hit by a car and had to have surgery to repair her broken front leg. Also had an infection and some additional sugary to remove plate and screws at a later date. Completely covered. Very easy filing process and the return happened in a very timely

Cancer Coverage
When our rescue Collie was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma, we wanted to do everything possible to ensure her recovery. We have been very pleased with our ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. After surgery, ultrasounds, blood work and Chemotherapy they are very prompt with their reimbursements. We submit the claim and within a few days, the money is in our account. They also call to see how she is doing. I don't get that kind of attention from my own insurance. Getting ASPCA Pet Health Insurance was one of the best decisions I ever made.

We love Embrace
When Mollie's behavior went off the chart and she went from being hyperactive and depressed to attacking one of our other kids, we worried that she might have no future. Thankfully we found a vet who knows about behavior and psychological issues and was able to prescribe something for her that actually helps her. We didn't think anyone would cover what seemed to us to be rather obscure treatment and we were unsure how much of this help we could afford. Embrace to the rescue! Mollie's behavior is much improved and we hold a bit of a hope that she can some day begin to enjoy her sister's company again. Thank you Embrace!
