Niki was nice and pleasant
Niki was nice and pleasant , I called regarding a claim which is why I have a low score has nothing to do w Nikki. I just think payment is taking too long so my dr visit cost me 800 something plus my premium payments ends up costing more :/

She made every effort to assist me in getting my claim reviewed before the surgery and even helped me with any questions I had.
