Ive experienced NO hiccups in the claim process. Its very easy, very quick, everyone is very friendly. The benefits are receiving surprisingly fast. The sympathy card totally knock all of us out. Its One of the nicest and most thoughtful things you could have done. Its displayed in my companys office conference room where Isabella, our service dog, usually greets out senior citizen clients.

The process was clear and straightforward,
The process was clear and straightforward, In each case it was explained why certain amounts were applied to my deductible and why other amounts were not, and in each case it was fair. It gives me peace of mind to know that, even though these issues were not big enough to actually reach my deductible, parts of the cost went toward the deductible, so that if something really extreme were to happen, we would be covered.
