I had a very sad experience last year with my cat. Unfortunately, she was put to sleep. Through the illness, Trupanion made my misery easier by quickly paying very expensive vet bills. The claim was processed within 48 hours and paid immediately after which really helped during the stress and cost of my dogs surgery. Additionally, 2 of the claims were done through the vet alleviating my stress to pay upfront. Wonderdul service and personal follow up from the agents.
