Our family loves Embrace!
Embrace makes filing a claim easy with their pre completed claim forms. We had our payment within 10 days of submitting our claim. We will be with Embrace as long as we have pets!

Embrace lives up to its claims; excellent service!
I have had my two labs covered by Embrace since they were 4 years old. They are now 9 and Embrace has consistently lived up to its claims and covered exactly what they promised to time and time again and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company! They have enabled me to give my girls the best veterinary care possible.

i am so impressed with Embrace. All claims have been paid quickly and without question. Very much appreciated when you are already worried about your much loved family member. I take back my previous comments - Pets Plus Us has reassessed and come through for us!!!
I left a 1 paw review not too long ago - at that time our claim for an Anal Sac Adenocarcinoma had been denied... Since then, I settled down and sent a rational email outlining my concerns and frustrations to Pets Plus Us. I was contacted by an advocate from the company - she was very helpful! Michelle outlined exactly why our claim was initially denied, explained how to request a reassessment and forwarded our appeal email to a claims manager. In less than 24 hours our reassessment was complete and our claim deemed to be payable! Such a relief that we can move on and focus on helping our fur baby heal!

Well treated after surgery
Embrace followed me with series of treatments, then cat-scans and finally surgery on Zeus to remove some broken bone in his left elbow. While the deductible is quite significant, they never questioned and promptly treated reimbursements for what became an expensive procedure..

Great service when filing a claim. Process was easy online and someone called me to check up on my dog to make sure she was doing okay. I received my claim back in less than a week.
