Hassle-free claims
I’ve been a customer since 2011. I’ve seen positive changes since VPI became Nationwide Pet Insurance. Now I have the Whole Pet with Wellness Plan for both of my cats. I love that I can submit claims via the VitusVet app, with a pic of vet bills. Most importantly, this plan allows me to focus on my pets’ wellness when considering making appointments for needed procedures, rather than delaying because of pocketbook considerations. The process of getting reimbursed is speedy. Thanks, Nationwide!

THANK GOODNESS I HAVE NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE!!!!
My Bernadoodle beloved puppy, has unfortunately had 2 very severe infections, (1 he caught at a horrible dog park in Dallas), requiring 2 overnights at ER/Critical Care Hospitals. Both were very close calls and they saved his life!!! Over $5000.00 w/vet bills/ER bills, etc. Very grateful (so is my bank account) to Nationwide for their almost seamless process of reimbursement (90%). My son recommended Nationwide and thank goodness I listened to him.

Thank God for Nationwide Pet Insurance!
I had never had Pet Insurance before because I had the impression most policies were not worth it. Nationwide has proben me wrong. My precious Josey has had 5 Urinary Tract Infections in the last 8 mo. Which have required many trips to the Vet, an appt. with a Specialist, testing and medication. I don’t know what I would have done without Nationwide. So easy to file the claims and so prompt with payment has given me peace of mind as we try to find a cause for the infections.

Nationwide is doing great with our claims
We have submitted multiple claims for Zeke, our 8 year old Portuguese Water Dog and Nationwide has paid 100% of them less our deductible. Could not ask for anything more. They respond quickly after a claim is submitted and usually pay within 2 weeks or less

It’s only human insurance was this easy
Dealing with nationwide for our dog is actually enjoyable because it’s just so easy. Submit the invoice, wait a short amount of time, and receive the reimbursement. I work in healthcare, and I have never dealt with such a simple insurance process.

Awesome!
I am a big advocate of the ASPCA and Humane Society. I like that the proceeds for this insurance is put back into the ASPCA network for the protection of our animals. The insurance is great, fast, easy and complete. I love that it is an Accident, Illness and Preventative insurance. There is no wait time on the Preventative and a small wait time on the other portion of the insurance. The ease of going online is the best as well! I have been referring this insurance to other pet owners too. Great monthly premium too!! Thank you ASPCSA

Very satisfied.
Excellent customer care service and personel. They take the time to help you file a claim and are very helpful. They never make me feel rushed. Very fast to reimburse my claims. I put my vet bill on my credit card. Come home put my claim in via my cell phone to ASPCA. I am always reimbursed from ASPCA before my credit card bill comes in and I pay it off. Very easy!
