Awesome Insurance
I've had Healthy Paws Insurance for 2 yrs and I'm so happy with it. My dog has had several surgeries in the last 2 yrs and not once they've given me a hard time with the bills . It's so convenient and fast , I'm very impressed . I wish our own medical insurances would learn from Healthy Paws. It's a relieve that no matter what my dogs need, they will get the best medical care. On top of everything they checked up on her after each surgery. I will definitely recommend this excellent insurance to any pets owner out there that's looking to give the best medical care to their furry babies. THANK YOU HEALTHY PAWS!.

Thank Goodness for Pet Insurance
Our furry friend got a little too excited about playing with a tennis ball...and he swallowed it....WHOLE!! Poor thing didn't know what he did, but 12 hours and lots of tears and money later he was recovering just fine. The comfort of knowing we didn't have to ponder the decision to let them operate at all from the financial side of things was the best. I hope we don't need it again, but I'm glad it's here.

Quick and easy!
My dog Charlie's heart was failing and he had fluid on his lungs. It was very comforting to be able to get him the services he needed and not worry about the cost. He had to see a cardiologist and get meds. Thankfully he is better now and I am greatful that I had Embrace Insurance.

We never realized how important insurance was for dogs until a couple months after we rescued our first dog, Kyle. Since only a few months old, he has struggled with terrible allergies, bouts of nonstop vomiting, diarrhea, endless trips to the vet, and adding incredible worry to myself and my wife. Thankfully, every single time Kyle has needed medication, xrays, bloodwork, emergency overnight stays, and everything in between, Healthy Paws has covered it all at 90%. When our dog has an emergency, or more common issues, the last thing my wife and I want to have to worry about is "can we afford this?" We can stand here today knowing that our backs, and our dogs, are covered each and every time by Healthy Paws. They have saved us thousands of dollars and have given us peace of mind knowing we can say "yes" to virtually every diagnostic testing to make sure our dogs are well taken care of without having to carry the full load of some hefty vet bills. A small premium each month and a low deductible is well worth the comfort of knowing our best friends are covered for life.

Insurance saved my cat’s life
My cat developed a serious illness. Having health insurance meant her doctors and I could make decisions about her health without having to factor in finances. My decision was solely based on what was best for my pet. The vets were able to treat Annabelle and I’m happy to say She is alive and very happy. I’m so relieved to have pet insurance

They denied my claim becuase of the use of "several"
DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. They do not care about you, your pet, and will not give you the chance to explain yourself. A company that when looked into I thought would be ideal in protecting my pet. I purchased my policy at the beginning on the year in an effort to be a better pet owner. I did not expect to file any claims so soon, unfortunately my dog Nugget needed help. I took my dog into an emergency room on March 10th because he began to lose strength in his hind legs. I explained to my vet that I noticed some issues with my dog "several" months prior but things just resolved themselves. Had I known this word "several" would cause my life hell I would not have used it. What I meant by several that my vet seems to agree with but PetsBest does not, was that I noticed my dog showing mild signs of weakness in January. When you count back the months from March, it follows as March, February, then January. That is what I meant by several. To be more specific, it was the last week of January, about 10 days after my policy went into full effect that I saw my dog being tired. Things were fine after, then in March things changed overnight. When I filed my claim, I did not expect for it to be denied for the use of "several". PetsBest claims a literal definition of 90 days, several meaning three months, which would put this as a preexisting medical condition. I asked my vet for a letter that would support my claim, I even wrote a document to explain further. I appealed my claim, and PetsBest still denies it. I have not been able to tend to my dog because without PetsBest I am not able to afford treatment. PetsBest, if you see this I hope you know that you are putting me in a position where I must consider euthanization as an option. I love my dog, but I am struggling. Do not get PetsBest. I plan to appeal once more, but for what? I have read other reviews of this company and only wish I had done so sooner. They are in the business of making money and letting animals suffer.
