Sam was great.
Sam was great. I work at a vet hospital and it seems like trupanion is getting harder and harder to get claims approved. There is always some type of" loop hole" that is found and it's denied and then the dr needs to write a letter for it to finally get approved. My premiums keep going up (which would be expected) but I feel like it went up a few months ago and it just went up again.

Cheryl and the entire Trupanion team continue to provide excellent and compassionate service during our challenging time with Kota. Although Kota's recent surgery has taken an emotional toll, it is comforting to know our Trupanion insurance lessens the financial impact and allows us to focus more on our little girl. Trupanion has been extremely helpful with the claims process.
Trupanion has been extremely helpful with the claims process. very pleased with the turn-around time to reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses. As stressful as it is when your pet is hurt and need care the CSR at Trupanion assures you that they will do their best to make it a seamless process and they even extend well wishes to your pet.
