my claim was paid in less than 10 days.
Claim forms are relatively straightforward and uploading invoices to website is very efficient plus my claim was paid in less than 10 days. My little cat Lily has developed cancer and my bills for her treatment have been quite high so I am grateful for the quick reimbursement. But aside from your efficiency what I am most pleased with is your customer service and the caring response to all my questions. Extraordinarily well trained and smart representatives and a welcome change from the usual human insurance company reps.
