I didn't have to do anything
I didn't have to do anything to submit claims or receive payment. My vet's office submitted and Trupanion processed the claim within one day and I got a cheque the following week. This is a great service!

Claims process very simple. Folks at Trupanion also respond to jockey to emails and phone calls. And they actually pay for what they say they will! Wish insurance for people was this easy!
