Fast, never had an issue with a claim and if I did it was resolved quickly with phone call. Good company mostly no tricks, never decrease pay out percentage of claimed more then a few times per illness or accident

Generally very happy with Trupanion after several years and several pets, this call was to trace a claim that seems to be languishing in the backoffice. Tracy was diligent in finding that the analyst working it is out and what she is waiting on from the vet. However, when we called to pull the vet's chain on that, they claim to have had no contact from Trupanion making the alleged pending inquiry since the time the actual claim was filed; all they had was e-mails related to the pre-approval. So we're not sure whom to believe, and that slightly erodes our confidence in Trupanion.

I was happy to have this insurance when Cooper was hospitalized for 12 hours. If I didn't have the insurance I would have tried to rehydrate him at home. I only hope my insurance is not raised because I had to get him medical help.
