I am pleased
I am pleased with the coverage offered. I was disappointed with an incident where Trupanion required medical history from a vet clinic on file. This clinic was never visited, and Trupanion was notified of this immediately when we found our current vet clinic. It was a problem during the claims process when it should not have been.

I had a truly great experience working with Blair.
I had a truly great experience working with Blair. I have a very sick cat and can't tell you how much I appreciated that she took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand what I'm going through. Thanks to her going the extra step of checking something out for me that I didn't know about, I found out that I won't have to pay upfront for my cat's care, that the vet I'm working with will be submitting the claim. This is going to be a long journey and knowing that the financial aspect of it won't be such a burden is an unbelievable relief. Now I can just focus on getting my cat better. I'll be recommending Trupanion to everyone I know.

Pets Best has been amazing.
Pets Best has been amazing for my Bust-R who got sick while out of state on vacation. He developed an illness in his lungs that requires a specialist and medications. Pets Best has allowed me to keep my special boy living a good life with controlled medication. Pets Best is very quick with reimbursement for all his bills. Thanks Pets Best!

It was easy
It was easy and relatively straight forward. The form is a bit small for some information, like the vet clinic names and explanations. And I would have loved a more explanatory letter, especially after the first claim experience, to show what everything means, and how things were calculated. It was a bit confusing at first. But overall it was a very easy experience and I would definitely recommend Trupanion to others.
