Terrific!
Our rescue dog has had challenges since we brought her home but Nationwide has been with us each step of the way. Having Pet Insurance for our dog has provided the best peace of mind to know we can care for her needs without too large of a financial burden. Great service and piece of mind
My greyhound, Cowboy, went through a rough time with the removal of a cancerous mass and the discovery that his kidney's are not functioning up to par. We spent at least 1 day per week at the vet's office for a while, and that can run into hundreds of dollars. We were so glad we had ASPCA pet insurance. It helped cover the high cost of vet care. Cowboy is doing great!

Without aspca pet insurance may have died because I didn't have the money for the vet bills
Without aspca pet insurance I believe my Pomeranian puppy would have died because I didn't have the money on hand for the Parvo virus vet bill. Since I had pet insurance I was able to borrow the money from a family member knowing that I was going to be reimbursed and I could pay them back. My reimbursement can back very fast especially with Direct Deposit, and I was able to pay the borrowed money back fast than I thought. Now I don't worry about vet bills because I can always borrow the money if I don't have it knowing I can pay it back quickly

If only human insurance could be so easy!
This company is wonderful. You take a photo of your vet bill, send it using the healthy paws phone app, and they reimburse you a few days later. They cover what they say they will cover, no questions asked. It allows you to take your pet to the hospital when they need it without having to worry how on earth you'll be able to pay the bills afterwards. Just two weeks ago our extra small mini dachshund, who'd been kind of lethargic for a few days and not eating or drinking, started throwing up copious amounts of blood. A quick/frantic google search hinted to me that it might be Hemorrhagic Gastroententiritis, and not wanting to take any risks, I bundled her up into the car with the kids and brought her straight to the hospital. I'd read that in small breeds in particular this kind of illness could have serious repercussions if not dealt with right away. The doctor confirmed it was GH and said we'd been smart to go directly to the hospital. They put her on an IV and medication and kept her overnight. Late the next day we brought her back home and a few days later, she was back to normal. Healthy Paws covered it all and even sent me a personal email asking me how she was doing. (The idea that Blue Cross Blue Shield would want to find out how I was doing after processing one of my medical claims is comical....in a sad, sad sort of way.) Anyway: get this insurance. They're affordable and they honor the terms of your contract. And they're super nice.

The policy we have with Nationwide for our dog is great!
Nationwide offers a variety of policies, and the one we have for our dog is fantastic! Claims are handled relatively quickly and customer service, when needed, was very helpful.

Highly Recommend!
I can't recommend ASPCA insurance enough. I have two cats that have a tendency to team up and get into trouble every once in a while. The two times I've had to file a claim for emergency visits, I was recouped between 80 - 90% of the costs after a quick and easy review process. Give them a try.

Nation Wide did a fantastic job! The claims were easy to send over, no hassle. I received an e-mail shortly after letting me know the claim was in process and they explained it could take a few weeks to process. I was aware of the time frame and really appreciated that. Affordable and Great customer service
First experience was great! Submitted our wellness claim and within 72 hours I was reimbursed. Customer Service was very helpful and patient with all my questions before enrolling as well after enrollment.
