Impressive Coverage and Customer Serevice
I have all three of my Australian Shepherds covered with Trupanion. I have had to make claims for all of them and the ease of getting the claims submitted and the approval to the reimbursement is nothing less than the best. I have not had one of the claims turned down or questioned. If you need pet insurance I highly recommend looking at Trupanion

With an aging health-issue dog, it has been a relief to have Trupanion.
Trupanion has provided consistently prompt acknowledgement of claims and payments. Makes it so much easier to get the care my dog needs without having to worry about the budget. Louie is everything to me, and I want to do the best by him. Trupanion insurance allows me to do that.

Best insurance company ever
We decided to get insurance for our dog after the neighbor’s dog ate a ball and cost them upwards of $8000. Ever since we have had trupanion, we have had nothing but awesome customer service, quick claims and they have never made excuses not to pay us the 90% due. About a year after getting Trupanion, our dog started to suffer the effects of environmental/seasonal allergies, leading us to have to be referred to a specialist and the tests and medications have cost us upwards of several thousands. Trupanion has always paid us back the 90% promised for his tests and medicines- saving us thousands. We are really happy with Trupanion.

Filing the claim was simple, you advised my there might be a slight delay as you received a lot of claims. My only issue is that you did not notify me that my claim was approved.

Pets Best did an amazing job.
Pets Best did an amazing job for my dogs routine care claim process. It took just 5 days from the date I submitted the claim to when I saw the money in my bank account. Super fast process and what I loved was that they kept me updated by email the whole time. Not once did I have to reach out to them! They did everything flawlessly.

Representative has been so compassionate
Experiencing Tico s cancer treatment has been made easier because of Trupanion. Anytime I have called with a question, the representative has been so compassionate. The ease of the claims process has been fantastic and I wish I'm own personal health insurance could be Trupanion! Thank you!

Trupanion is great
I've been with Truoanion for over 12yrs now with my two pugs and it's been great! They unfortunately have had a number of different health conditions between the two of them over the years. But thanks to Trupaion who always came through for us made the experience much less costly which in turn gave me the ability to give my pugs a better quality of life.

Amazed at how quick and easy the process was.
My dog, Lola, was having difficulty breathing so I took her in to see her veterinarian. We knew we had Pets Best, but weren't too sure how it all worked since it was our first time claiming. I was so amazed at how easy it was and how quick the Pets Best was to respond to us. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. Couldn't be more pleased!

Fast and easy to submit claims.
Our dog randomly started throwing up blood one morning. We had a new baby in the house and had no idea if the dog had possibly gotten in to something. We took him to the vet. He was in and out of there getting IV fluids and meds for 3 days due to pancreatitis. The claim was incredibly easy to file. I did it from my phone. Payment showed up about 2 weeks after the first vet visit. Couldn't have been any easier. I was really impressed.
