So glad we chose to get nationwide per insurance!
We are so glad we got the insurance for our puppies, Max and Milo. It was so worth it. We don’t have to think twice about waiting to go to the vet anytime something happens. The process of submission is so easy!

Claim Processing
Claims processing takes to long. Claims submitted electronically should be processed in a more timely manner. I have two kittens. I submitted two claims on the same day. One was processed in a few weeks, the second claim is still pending. It should not take 30 days to process a claim, if the information that has been submitted is complete.

Quick and easy claim and reimbursement
Our dog, Bucky, was diagnosed with heartworms. It was unexpected and he'll be receiving treatment for a significant time to come. I submitted my claim form, which was easy to do, and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the process and timeline for reimbursement. The money was directly deposited into my account and everything that I hoped would be covered was. The process was simple, the payment was quick and the online support was great. I am very thankful we have the coverage and I would highly recommend it!
