Completely unacceptable that coverage was denied.
Completely unacceptable that coverage was denied. I feel like this coverage is a scam. Not only is my injured dog getting denied treatment on behalf of a company who claims to care for your pets but now I'm paying extra money a month for nothing. This company needs to listen to their clients.

Nice quick claim resolution.
Nice quick claim resolution. While I understand well visits and regular appts are not covered, I was disappointed to discover specialist consultations are not. Other than that, I am happy with the coverage and service.
