We have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for our dogs and cat for years. They provide the best coverage and easy to work with. My husband and I refer all our friends to Nationwide.

Awesome Insurance - World Class Customer Service
Without any warning our dog Maggie couldn’t walk. Long story short she needed emergency back surgery. When I contacted Healthy Paws they showed compassion and assisted with expediting the claim, which was quite expensive. I recently contacted them again to inquire on physical therapy. Again they were compassionate and asked how Maggie was doing. It was quite a relief to have pet insurance in this highly stressful and extremely expensive time. Pets are family and I would and have highly recommended Healthy Paws to protect your fur babies.

Takes away the financial worry
I had a recent allergy claim with my American Bulldog, Yeti. I thought with my current deductible, I'd get a little bit back and was very surprised at the amount I received. I called to talk to a representative and they explained, since I have per incident on my policy, the payment amount was correct, and the deductible I had when my girl was first diagnosed with her allergies applied. I've been a customer for over a decade and I've always been pleased with the claims process through Pets Best. It's easy to submit a claim, easy to check the status of a claim, and payment has always been made promptly. When I've called with questions, your representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for helping to take away some of the financial worry of owning a pet!

Amazingly easy process
Our dog recently suffered seizures and was diagnosed with an idiopathic epilepsy and will require ongoing medication and testing for at least the next few years. I was very concerned after two nights in the hospital and the cost of the tests that somehow you would find a loophole to not pay the claim. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you honored the 90% coverage that my plan says that I have! I uploaded a PDF of the vet bill that we paid and within seven days it was in my bank account! It was an amazingly easy process! So happy I chose this company to cover our dogs!
