Claim for my cats infected paw was taking a bit longer than I had been told, but I received a prompt email notification keeping me informed. The first claim for routine care was processed in 2 days. 2nd claim for emergency visit has taken a week to process with no notification on status. Ugh

Think it's good to have insurance
Think it's good to have insurance, but as I submitted a recent claim I realize that the decision was made based on a previous visit that had nothing to do with my current claim but because it was grouped together I'm now having to go through appeal process.
